I am in AZ and the 4% is what is on their website, but my buddy is using them in Denver and he said it was 4% as well.

I always marvel at the fit and finish of wood molding on Old homes, particularly stain grade where there was no caulk used to fill in gaps.

Many Martis buyers are interested in form over function and the builds can reflect that, with more $ spent on adding square footage and finishes than the details that aren't seen (insulation, ventilation, water management, etc).
