Condos are starting to get condemned, which means people are having to vacate units.I'm telling you right now, I'm a JD (not a practicing attorney) in Florida whose business is being an insurance expert for carriers, working with engineers.

Another sound reminder to leverage a team of experts.  

My family sees no end in sight to this trend and it has destroyed all of the cash flow they once received.

When their doctors say the child was injured, you're going to need your Board-certified expert witnesses to dispute it.
