I agree as well with the value being based off of current market rental rates, regardless of what the current lease rents are at or if a unit is vacant.

First, both parties have to agree to terminating the contract and then they need to sign a termination agreement.

I think most hosts will agree that Furnished Finder is far superior for MTR due to the fixed price per listing even though there is less tenant vetting.
