I put my investor customers' needs first, because I don't need to make a real estate paycheck to pay my bills. 

I mean they can buy a very custom home from me for 750 to 850k  and sell their old 50 year old tired home for almost the same thing big difference you dont step over the homeless walking to starbucks.

I am happy to connect; my value adds are mostly for distressed investing, flipping properties, real estate agent work on the aforementioned and building custom homes from ground up.
