Hopefully this can be an encouraging reminder to anyone wanting to get started in investing.As a military family, we're poised to move, and move often. 

The current government is doing what they can to encourage growth and prosperity in the area as well.Downtown and Notre Dame multifamily does concern me currently, I think they are building far too much premium (A-Class) stock in the area right now.

Thank you all for any word of encouragement and I look forward to learning as much as I can and getting that bigger pocket we all chase after.
