You can also take a podcast and take out top 5 things from that episode and use it for marketing.We last year moved everything over to microsoft which has copilot, so all our meetings are in teams which it transcribes the calls and using copilot if someone says "chris send an email to jamie by friday" it will auto create a task for me so I do not need to go in and create it.Regarding lead gen/tracking, copilot can see our CRM and who we have touched base with and who we have not to re engage or engage with them. 

So to automate that, you can use Zapier to either tie it in to your PMS, or tie it in to any email address where you get a notice that you got a booking.
