rents on topsham maine are bit all over map, generally higher than lisbon lewiston but not much lower than Brunswick if inside rt 295 line closer to downtown and river. zillow isnt used much as CL. if you rent section 8 or vouchers look to add price of landlord paid heating, snow ice removal, salt sanding,  which this season has been massive. 

The buildings are on the located in downtown Jacksonville and are within an opportunity zone.

Read your local building/zoning/permit codes, and speak to someone 'downtown' about the situation without giving them the actual address. 

Downtown has had some vacant buildings tore down and rebuilt and the Azarian marina which looks like 8 acres of decrepit warehouses has been torn down in the last 6 months which gives me hopes that development is starting to ignite.  

I do also enjoy the amenities around me such as downtown, Little Italy, Uni Circle, Cle Clinic, etc.

The shooting range in downtown Ann Arbor--hmmm, probably not, on several levels, but possibly hilarious for the shock value.
