What road do you think would help me arrive to my destination?

Outside of that people from LA and SD come all of the time, family reunion, bachelor party, general vacation.........its a quick drive to a recognized vacation destination so people can get out of the city and hang by the pool. 

The closest meeting in my area is about 2 hours away next month down in the Destin FL area.

You need to understand and decide why you are even buying real estate... meaning what is your end goal.. final destination with this investment vehicle.

Natiivo Miami’s expected opening is Spring 2022.According to Airbnb, Austin continues to be one of their top 10 destinations.

Prior to this purchase our other vacation rentals were located in "vacation destinations" (beach in FL or ski country in Summit County, CO) so we were not quite sure how successful this venture would be since the town is not really a "vacation destination". 

There were probably 15 acres of hardwoods (maple and oak) that had timber value but we didn't have it cruised.

It’s definitely worth a trip you will find a lot of fellow New Yorkers in the area Carolinas and FL have become popular destinations..
