Everyone has their lumps in the beginning, and will experience some level of crap while they attempt to gain a solid foothold.

But to never have an option to do it there (and not being able to really do it without crapping up the place or doing an addition) is something that still makes me super hesitant.

As far as I can see, we have almost lost all property rights in the US as the Government gives all the rights to the Criminals and the Tenants and treats the Landord/Owner like crap in Court.

I was like, "Holy crap!

Crap happens.

You want to  make sure that is solid and "oh crap"-proof.So, you will need to find an investor friendly attorney anyways!

Of course there are always many “oh crap” situations but those get easier.

There are plenty of good investors in the area that will likely chime in and give you insight, and there are probably an equal number of bad investors that will try and pawn crap deals off on you. 

"Buy low sell high", and yes I know there's more to it than that, like knowing how to properly assess risk, deal analysis, and all the legal crap in the state you operate in, but its doable!

HOWEVER keep this in mind,  I choose investor carrot because they focus on what they need to focus on their website so that I, ME, JERRYLL, can do my thing with SEO without having to worry about all the technical crap I really have no time to worry about, like site speed, mobile friendly etc. etc.Thus, having said that, not because you go with investor carrot you automatically will get my results...
