Tenant class is determined by asset class, strategy, market viability for such and MN has one of the highest median incomes in the country, did-ya-know-that.... 

For better or for worse, we aren't "federally" in a short sale environment anywhere in the country at this point in time (Yes, maybe one neighborhood in one city may have disproportionate value to debt, but not on ANY large scale ANYWHERE).

Definitely not afraid of the work - just happy to have a path forward and to know that you think it's possible in the current environment.

I think you are going down the right path, just keep in mind to be prepared to go all in to this and you won't regret it.

@Michell ChaseThe main difference between W2 and 1099-R income is that you have a much easier path to qualifying as a Real Estate Professional without a W2 job.Whether or not qualifying as REP will be helpful to you is case by case.
