Like most I've read countless forum posts (thanks to all the contributors!)

I won't lie, there were countless nights where I missed parties, tears because I wasn't sure if I made the right investment move, and friends that I lost because "I didn't spend enough time with them" (good riddens).

There are countless horror stories about Airbnb guests causing significant property damage to owners’ properties.

This has saved me countless issues.

@Michael Greenberg As someone who also operates a Scottsdale STR and who attends countless attorney-led CE courses on the latest in STR legislation, etc., I've learned that if you abide by current laws, do not become a "party house" attracting large crowds that disturb your neighbors and cap your guest count at 6 (the limit in Scottsdale, which very few people realize), you have the best chance of operating without interference.

I amend countless returns each year done by CPAs, EAs, and un-enrolled preparers. 

It took 3 of the largest dumpsters and additional countless trips to the dump to clear the house out.

I have done this countless times for others.  

I had my account for a few months and I finally decided to post for the first time after countless weeks of scouring the forums for tips and tricks to best succeed in Real Estate.
