It would allow for consolidated deal flow, review their track record, and evaluate the business plan.SFR and apartment syndications have very different risk profiles as well.

When I applied to consolidate my first and second mortgages with a new mortgage through a new lender, I applied alone but they wanted my husband on the loan/title of the property.

Is there equity there to consolidate and pay off a loan and move debt to existing properties and free up your 10 loan limit?

I wish there was a better guide with consolidated instructions about all the hoops you need to jump through to assume all your property ownership rights in this town.
