I'd two project worked with Robert Mincey, 1.For one project it have serious defect that scares my buyers away, when I ask him for the repair, he told me that I did the sabotage to the property myself, and he owns 0 responsibility for the repair and warranty2.For another project I wanna to fire him but he states I owns him more than $5K even though I already paid him 200% over what he had completed.

They charge 15% reservation fee for a complete management or $150 monthly if you do place bookings and they do coordinate maintenance, inventory, cleanings, front desk, admin stuff, and etc. 

The more round trips you complete, particularly in markets you work in repeatedly, the easier it will become because you become familiar with the traps and also get a better feel for what design firms are best suited for the particular project.

But we have a smaller one (1100 sq ft) in a lesser subdivision and not gatlinburg  that is getting tons of activity since we put it up for sale and it isn't complete. 

If it is very rural having contractors and completing on time and accurate numbers can be challenging.

Prior to these neighbors, the unit above was occupied, and we never experienced any problems.We’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and have taken no meaningful action and even told us that we are making the noise up, inspite security having been to our apartment numerous times wittnessing the noise. 

They're close enough together that you'll have trouble separating root balls on each plant.
