Go up there and do some "cloud work" to answer these questions and get a deep sense of your compelling vision for life (as far as you can see it) and then come down and do the "dirt work".

@Andrew Bissada there is no "path of progress" here, more like a mushroom cloud of progress.

Due to the looming clouds of the market forecast, not sure whether or not to sell, rent this place out (would have to pay a PM as I would be completely hands off and out of town) or possibly leave our furnishings and Airbnb the place.

The benefit the seller sought was not my lawn mower but to get out of an encumbered property that was a "must take" when he bought the apartments next door and he didn't want to deal with the clouded title.
