we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore!

We do it for a few reasons:It's to see if there are any Lease violationsWe make sure smoke/carbon and fire extinguisher are workingWe make sure place isn't so filthy it's going attract pestsWe make note of anything nearing the end of it's useful life.Then this report gets sent to the owners and we keep a copy.

I tend to see stolen light bulbs, smoke detectors, hydraulic door closers (yes), shower curtains and shower curtain rods, toilet paper spindles, medicine cabinet glass/wood shelves, window blinds, they also tend to break ceiling fans.
