That’s the challenge.

PayPal is the only commonly used app in this country that handles transfers between countries and it is quite expensive.I've chosen wise.com for my international exchanges. 

Just wondering how you feel about the unique challenges NOLA has relative to economy & climate change (insurance), population decline.  

I'm just being extra careful (as I should) with the local team handling the transactions.

If that doesn’t get a response, you could offer to split the cost since it’s a shared liability.If they still don’t respond, you might have to handle it yourself for peace of mind — as frustrating as that is.

Personally looking back at it switching into LLC was a more of a headache for me and did not do much for adding a level of protection that insurance did already handle.  

The way that things like this are typically handled is that if a lawsuit were to happen, since both people have been behaving under the assumption of a lease (the landlord renting their space and the tenant paying rent), they would probably treat it as if there was a standard month to month lease agreement.  

I was pleased with how the situation was handled and that you refunded the technology package payment.
