I was also afraid that my son would have a meltdown, in which case they would surely kill us, and I was so afraid that even if they didn't that bobby would die anyway because he has heart failure. they stole everything. we lived. the cops never arrested anyone. my son was and is too terrified to live there and we are now staying in a travel trailer in a place we love but that is only for the summer.we started receiving anonymous phone calls that this homeless lady that we had felt sorry for but eventually kicked out, had become friends with the former gang squatters and convinced tHEM to reclaim the house as they had vowed and that she knew exactly where the "valuables were."

You're wrong, as another poster stated, you can be arrested for indecent exposure in your own home.

@Roy N.Update for everyone - I randomly was at the house last week when police arrived to arrest her bf who is the co-tenant.

And no one kicked my door in to come arrest me.

Then I called the police and complained about the jackoffs.Then I installed motion-sensing recording cameras both inside and outside and told the jackoffs I would have them arrested if they set foot on the property.Result: Jackoffs moved shortly.

I have had the police come and tell a guest (brother of the tenant) they had to leave or would be arrested for trespass. 

I like to also add "Have you ever been arrested?

They had to be home by five according to the terms of their house arrest.

At the extreme end, possible unprecedented Presidential emergency powers the likes of which have not been seen since 1960's school desegregation cases or actions as extreme as those taken by the Lincoln administration during the Civil War (blockading ports, destroying or taking over newspapers and mass media, arresting governors and even congressmen, etc) and later during Reconstruction in the South; Wilson during WWWI, FDR during WWII, Bush and Obama post 9/11.
