So we went to list the unit to our website and syndicate to several other sites when a notification popped up on Buildium and said that they are no longer able to directly syndicate to Apartments.com ( we will have to list with them directly) and their affiliates.

@Jonathan Leblond  Several Canadian banks have US affiliates.

Some people even just cancel the tour in short notice because of the bridge.Marketing in Zillow (and other two affiliated sites), Apartments.com, Facebook and a few other sites.

Property is in a stable area often inhabited by university-affiliated professionals.

It's not affiliated with any government agency or figurehead.

I later switched to eXp Realty and I'm duel affiliated with both eXp and my own firm. eXp is also wonderfully setup for this COVID world.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko or @Mat Sorensen right now my partners and I all use the 'checkbook' control method and are very happy with it (Dmitriy is my Plan Provider and KKOS who Mat is affiliated with did our  3-way Self Directed LLC set up).I have a friend who is looking to convert to a SDIRA and buy only one property, and NOT have any partners.

I have no affiliation with him or the bank, but he's helping us with a refi currently and he has been fantastic to work with.
