I have been viewing numerous bank owned properties in Springfield, OH under 20K most need around 10-15K in rehab cost.

I am thinking Springfield Ma, since i live close.  

Between Orange St and Springfield Ave is considered the 'University Heights' section and 'prime real estate' so obviously I'm bullish on that area.

It is a little 650 square foot house in Springfield, MO.

@Alex Price - grew up in Tiffin - NW Ohio - joined the AF and when I separated I went to work in Springfield OH for a convenience store chain you are probably familiar with in Ohio - big company.  

My son and I just purchased a single family home in Springfield Ma 3 Bedroom 1 bath up stairs and 2 bedrooms 1 bath in cellar We are currently getting $500-$600 a room with utilities My son is staying in one of those rooms He is a senior.
