Try your local fencing supplier they often have guys/subs that will pick up jobs they outsource.We did that with a local supplier here & had a couple of guys put in a complete backyard fence, 4ft high black plastic coated wiring, for $2500 including materials that they picked up & hauled.

Alternatively if you need heart by-pass surgery the month after you retire that is what wealth is for.

Tile is more expensive than the fibre-glass/plastic surround that just glue to drywall, because we use backer board to suds.Now in the past for <C-class rentals we were guilty of just gluing up sheet linoleum as a stall surround & they worked great.

Your house needs major surgery - if it were just a new roof or HVAC or a driveway, you could be absent, but for something this major you've just gotta be there IMO.

If plastic and needs replacement what are you doing with the show surround and plumbing?

We find asbestos in the Chicago suburbs all the time as a pipe insulation, and the common recommendation is to leave it alone and just wrap it up with plastic wrap or something along those lines to prevent it from crumbling. 

Try to prepared for anything that can happen.I was and wasn’t properly prepared for that brain aneurism and stroke that stroke that happened when I was 54 just two days before preventing surgery thanks to me taking a MRI and saw that problem but before that happened,I was told by my regular Doctor my condition was perfect.
