We saw a lot of people jump into STRs over the last few years since it became more well known, folks like Avery Carl helped de-mystify and systematize it and we all heard the hype of people just killing it through COVID.

In my opinion 90% of this market hype is based on the past and folks were into these 500k 2 bedrooms for 250k.

Although there is plenty of market hype, greenwashing, and greenbashing going on, with some basic education you will be able to build or rehab a home that saves the owner money and is healthier for the occupants and planet.

Probably a lot of business hype across the country, I haven’t punched any real numbers on growth for this area other than Knoxville is a fast grower and a fellow was really vouching for Bristol the other day.

I know it might sound a bit unusual, but I've heard rumors about some savvy real estate investors or just a "Tic-Tok hype loophole lawyers" who claim you can take advantage of local regulations to save on property taxes by designating parts or the whole property as private burial grounds for their family or even as small cemeteries. 

The main thing about Worcester is not to get caught in the hype.

To home owners, a stadium is not a plus, its loud, it causes traffic congestion, noisy cars race through residential neighborhoods with hyped up honking and drunk drivers going to and from events.

IMO (which admittedly is not an expert one) single owner LLCs are over-hyped for smaller investors.

Some works, and some sounds good in seminars and gets everybody hyped but doesn't work worth crap in the real world.
