Kathy (can't tag you on the app),That's why I said at the end of my post encouraging to hear from some locals in south Florida and mentioned some keywords lolI don't currently know anyone who's a successful commercial real estate investor but I am becoming more active at meet ups and with being more vocal so I hope to find that in time. 

My first question - does anyone have any mobile apps/tools that they use to follow macroeconomic trends and indicators (both RE and non RE indicators)?

Now with 20% down as an investor - that’s only assuming the app is filled out a certain way or am I wrong?

We’ve been using apps like realtor.com and zillow to find deals but we’ve noticed there are few options out there.We are looking for any advice you can spare a couple of first time home buyers who are looking to take the first step in real estate investing.Thanks in advance for the replies!
