On properties that have a lot of clay instead of porous soil (perk rate) a pump system is used to pump the liquid onto a mound that is built above the soil line and infused with french drains to disperse the liquid.  

Hello everyone,I know I have been asking a lotos questions lately, but it is only because I am taking action and encountering issues along the way.I have been generating a good bit of leads for a beginner, but none of them have become a deal yet.My question is; Even though a lead calls, if they are not "motivated", as in they are interested in an offer but aren't in distress, should I keep moving,or attempt to make something out of it?

And what that underlying issue is can be one or more of several different things; a French drain would typically come into play if the cause here is from water pressure of the surrounding soil.Backing out might have been the right choice.
