@Andy Collins if as you say is true, then that is the answer I was interested in finding out: That is that the market for these properties don't hold up to the 50% rule and are therefore not that great of deals.That does surprise me though because I've read on the forums how Dallas is so great for cash flow. 

If they still harass you, simply state that you will provide them with your lawyer's information and you can speak with him/her.Yes, as @Andy Collins said, sometimes you have to pick your battles, but you've already tried to appease them and they won't stand down.
