Basically, the less interaction with the investments, the better.A Checkbook IRA LLC or Solo 401k will put you directly in control of the funds and eliminate the 3rd party layer.  

Hello @Chris Viglietta , My advice would be to have a trusted agent review comps, make sure comps are in a 1/2-1mile radius to eliminate room for error. 

If you just insist that it is not necessary try to get the manager to delete it,  if it exists, eliminated from your lease.

It enables you to scan receipts from your phone and it's OCR capability "reads" pertinent information and integrates into Quickbooks eliminating a lot of data entry and paper records.

Will a model like this eliminate a lot of buyers?  

I gave the potential buyer two options, either they eliminate the appraisal contingency on the offer or they have their earnest money deposit go hard (non-refundable) after 10 days in escrow. 

Reduce or eliminate the compound interest or the amount of time you have to pay it and attack principal in large chunks.
