Desktop or Online?

With Quickbooks desktop, you can create an accountants' copy to give to your accountant so he/she can prepare your taxes.

I'll go try MS Edge, but I prefer Mozilla Firefox desktop. 

I will be doing this both online and as a desktop application.

Plus you can get on your tablet, another pc or cell phone and get your 10 free again.That being said, if you are going to make a proposal to someone that involves rents I like to bring out rent-o-meter as a strong reference.

@Chris Adams I also tried MileIQ and it worked alright but it didn't seem to have any desktop integration unless I'm wrong?

You can setup auto filters in gmail to have all receipts from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. to go in a specific folder or to forward to someone else.We do everything in Quickbooks Pro on the desktop.

Instead of high 4s+ above 80%, my rate is 2.7%,with a local bank and was based on a conservative desktop appraisal at 80% LTV.  

I am a Chromebook/smart phone user, sitting at my desk top is inconvenient, no anywhere access and no collaboration options I have found for my primary users.gantter.com- easy to use Gantt chart (free).
