I have a decent amount of data on properties in the Phoenix area that I help clients with.projections from sites like airdna, Rabbu, alltherooms, vacasa, mashvisor, etc. these don’t account for things like blocked days (maintainance, personal use, etc) and they count every blocked day as revenue.
