Looks like people use king size beds, so a two bedroom STR with each having a king size bed, 2 king frames, 2 king matresses, night stands, clock/radio/phone chargers, 4 sets sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, 8 set towels, wall hangings, rugs, TVs, sleeper sofa, chairs, kitchen table & chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc. 

As for firepit/backyard, I can imagine guest really enjoying the hanging chairs.

A gate may send a signal meaning "I'm open" and a chair may send a signal saying "183 lbs."

And, if you recognize that, you can profit greatly, while the fools get left as the last man looking for a chair when the music stops.

Hey all - I have seen posts on here indicating there are no new vouchers in Baltimore and existing voucher holders are playing musical chairs with their residence. 

We have a place for bicycles and beach chairs which is valued in our area.

Over time they tend to average 1 to 2%.Often for upside deals it's a game of musical chairs where timing can be everything and you can win big or lose it all. 

Not only have they NOT moved anything, they've added two satellite dishes, a broken down motorcycle, lawn chairs, and kids toys/scooters to the property.

I picked up 3 bed frames (1 full, 1 queen, and 1 twin), 3 mattresses, nightstands, dining table & 4 chairs, mirror, pyrex dishes, secretary cabinet, and a few other knick knacks for $235.What really ate into my budget was things like comforters, bed sheets, lamps, coffee maker, pillows, rugs, etc. — I went to IKEA & Target for those and that came to about $800.
