Decks can be unattached free floating and covered, step down to lower decks, a patio area, fire pit, BBQ area, outdoor entertainment center, overhead heaters can make you take your coat off in 20 degree weather, curtain enclosures that roll up or down and snap in place (canvas type material with windows) allows heating and cooling.

Mentors also like to talk to people that have applied themselves in the 2nd step already mentioned, being decisive and learning that focus before grilling your mentor.4.)

A nice charcoal and gas grill. 

@Joe Splitrock I saw an almost perfect 4 burner grill with a side burner by the side of the road. 

These burners make great BBQ pit burners BTW.

But be prepared to add in big money for beach pushes every year to get to your driveway, or trashcans, or grill.

the Monday one  (7pm) is at the Hibachi grill then afterwards they go down to Pete & Shorties for socializing.

One missing is Jet Lending's monthly meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Texans Bar & Grill.
