Astute investors will make sure their properties are rented to the right tenants so this is a non-issue for most.Anyway, I'd never invest in long-term rentals in Spain regardless since, as Erwin and I mentioned, there are much better alternatives in your country.Also, if you're going to invest following the population pyramid, you can pretty much forget about Europe, North America, Japan or China and should probably focus on places like India.

At first we thought this might come in as residential and our plans were big subdivision with small commercial center at the corner of Evergreen and Jackson school road.. but the Hillsboro long range plan and the state and the chips act has changed that as with our 117 acres and the props to the north we total around 350 acres that can be easily developed and that's what big companies are looking for..

I really don’t think you know the market in the US especially out west in rual areasAnd states in the north eastNew mobile home parks going up all the Time with good returns The land in Canada for the most part is MUCH more valuable and so less likely that investors would want to use land for a mobile home park a d less likely that municipalities would allow themWhen a nothing 20 year old house on 1/4 acre lot is going for a million dollars in Canad and 3 hours south in the US a 20 acre similar house sells for less than 200k you get the idea
