BTW, if you run ads for RE in your newsletters, you need to be a newspaper exempt from licensing laws or hold a license, like running a paper for FSBO ads...requires a license, so right off that bat, you're in trouble in Mo.I can't believe this guy isn't in jail yet.Don't fall for this stuff folks, the money isn't made in RE, it's made by the scam and sizzle, unbelievable !

I researched Success Path on the BBB website (obviously should have ahead of time) and they have over nearly 200 complaints but still maintain a A+ rating unbelievable.

Unbelievable, all cash purchase cannot be completed in 30 days, and it looks like I am loosing this deal.

From what I understand, if as an investor find this unbelievable deal you have to make sure as an agent that you give the seller fair market value and as an investor you don't necessarily have to do that?
