Just keep one eye on the traffic!

Traffic in metro Atlanta is bad so people don't want to travel far for their commute.  

Is there a way to find out if this is new ridership, or just people tired of traffic?

But if you look at the long-term ROI rather than short-term ROI... ... the extra leads our system converts from your traffic vs. a wix or weebly website (because we're constantly testing and tweaking on the traffic on our customers sites to find ways to improve results)... the time saved because of our platform and our support, and the training and support we give on helping our members drive more traffic and convert more leads... the ROI on a system like InvestorCarrot or LP vs. a wix site isn't even close. 

Some businesses have long hours and the residential tenant will object to the noise.One other possibility is to make both upstairs and down into office space, and put someone quiet without a lot of foot traffic upstairs.

I rather see you drive traffic to an internet site and capture their contact info.

I'm just now getting to engaging the community (primarily because it was recommended on the podcasts).The podcasts are so great b/c I can listen to them while I drive through traffic to the my desk job everyday.

See my clist post below for a property in a C+ area....we get alot of traffic daily because the pictures sell the place and the heading has the highlights such as "heat included".  

Along with the social media you want to drive traffic to your website with authority links, press releases, articles, videos, etc. 

If you want to go the opposite route you can spend a good amount of money making your website a fantastic resource, you can then use ad services like Google AdWords to drive local traffic to your site.
