you know some of these markets are flooded with rentals.. and it could be market symptoms.. everyone and their brother has been buying sfr s and turning them to rentals.. you could have a supply demand issue as well.great pictures are a must though in all marketing.. instant communications for a large outfit may be unrealistic.. 

Also, we know that there is a low supply of houses for sale.

The housing supply is limited as Williamson county doesn't allow much development.

Hi @Natasha Richardson,I wish I could answer your question more directly but it all depends on the location, quality of property, recent sales activity, supply and demand.

We have installed a tankless water heater so we can adequately supply all units with hot water as there was just a standard 40 gallon in place to handle the entire building prior.

A supply and demand type deal for a few months then it will all get back to normal.

I like to hold appreciating assets and load up, buy as many as I can, and sell down prior to peak, when you see more supply/volume coming to market.
