Are there any specific cities you are considering?

I also like to cross-reference that data with Facebook marketplace, craigslist, Zillow and apartments.com listings to get a really good idea of expectations for rent in a specific area.

Obviously I can't say for certain that's what happened with those specific properties but it's just a slightly different strategy. 

@Shuvrajit Mukherjee what specific data are you looking for that Zillow did not provide?

Obviously this depends on whether Local, Esq. is willing to do it (and whether there is a state-specific bar requirement just for this type of work), but I want an outside perspective first.Thanks,Looking in Baltimore

Any people who have worked through the grant process in MI before who can weigh in here on other considerations? 

In low end properties they dont make enough and they also take on considerably more risk.  

Denver Creative Housing, Denver Sublets, Roomies, Roommates, and so on, there are a few good ones)Also, I use Roomies as well because it is a site specific to finding roommate tenants, and there is a huge demand for it as well, so it is a great alternative to fill vacancies for houses if your owners are open to it and you price it correctly. 

A lot depends on your credit score, income, and the specific lender.
