I find walking the trail in the evening or taking the kayak out for a leisurely,  or intense paddle down the river,  and asking " what is the one thing I can do that will make everything easier or unnecessary" and exploring answers, gets me much better solutions to my challenges than doing the night sweat thing, developing ulcers, spitting blood, tried them for years but cant say it was productive. The answer to the question of what I need ....If you could develop a software program, where after I do a scope of work, I feed it in the program, it  then contacts the subcontractors and lines them up for the projects...and gets their quotes back, and compares them to my budgetSince I  have 7-10 projects in various stages at any time, about seven in active stage of rehab, it also creates time lines with schedules so one sub isnt overlapping schedule on two or more projects when I do timelines...I typically walk through each project at least every friday or saturday to check status, quality issues and replan... for me this is a time consuming project as I have properties in three counties and driving time is significant, on one of my walks I had what I thought a brilliant  idea...... if you could develop software connected to a small drone, I could sit at my desk send my rehab drone from house to house, walk/fly/drone through each room and and transmit real time video footage to my big screen in the office.
