Pretty much any regular bank / lender is going to require themselves to be in first position on all the properties... so I don't think a HELOC type solution is going to work across multiple properties with multiple lenders.  

Simply look at any large apartment building.

If I own a STR and it is operated by Vacasa, then I sell the property to someone else who still wants Vacasa to manage the property, this wouldn't require Vacasa to take down the listing and make a new account/listing. 

The ability to manage investments requires a desire.

Rent probably around 1400-1500/month depending on finishes and exact location.The number simply don't work well in Huntsville right now.

When you open a business account the bank is required to gather Beneficial Owner information.

The lease language requires the interior of the building to heat to 70 degrees.

Rates to get to be sub 3% again in the short-term would require a devastating recession.

@Puneet Mahi what about the required real estate brokers license to manage properties you do NOT own?

If there was a landlord I could see them demanding a 3rd new one because it’s a state requirement.
