Would it generate any leads or at least show case you as a big, reputable company or agent?

Though I am a licensed agent, and general contractor, I do not try to pick up leads to sell random property to, but focus only on showcasing the homes we are building, therefore, my website is pretty simple. 

They have designers (free of charge) that will create a graphic design of your project. 

We can work out the numbers; obviously it should be a win-win.If you don't have a website to showcase your properties for sale, I can build you a nice one pretty quickly.

It is a little bare bones by today's standards, in otherwords no flashy graphics or photos of gorgeous ladies pointing to piles of money.The info seems like solid educational material.
