To buy to invest and hold? 

Hi Angela,Your tech background can help you evaluate the deals but I fear that you don't have a comprehensive plan of what you want to do with investment real estate.  

Every real estate investment is unique, and you're strongly encouraged to consult with an attorney to ensure your specific legal needs are properly addressed.

If they believe in what you're trying to do they may invest in you especially since you have a property already.

2)  How long have you been STR investing?

But even if one ended up with 500k in cash .. thats a nice nest egg to start over with and realize that there is a ton more to RE investing than collecting doors and debt. 

I am responding as a consumer not a STR owner we had one its lasted for us for exactly one tenant then we felt it was too much work for the return  on investment we do much better loaning money and buidling new homes than to worry about people goofing up our homes :)I do have some MTR you know fully furnished homes in Vegas and those are money makers for us top of the line tneants paying double the going rate for rent.

My father was a member of the IBEW out of Local 6, so I have a deep respect for your profession.Are you planning to use the BRRRR strategy on a 4-unit, or are you leaning toward a turn-key investment?
