We're nearing the end of our due diligence period, so I wanted to double check that we weren't getting ourselves into a mess before our money goes hard.I also wasn't sure whether to have the current owner fill the units, as I've heard horror stories about owners just filling the units with warm bodies in order to show the higher occupancy on paper, when in fact, they turn out to be not the best tenants.All that being said, I absolutely agree that this is a glass half full situation, as we will get to push those rents sooner than expected.

And sending a subpoena to the company who dispersed the rehab draws will also show who financed this transition.I'm waiting to see the document joining these two separate transactions...Both in which you own on paper, hence the lender financing you, not me...I'm just the guy who did all the work and never got compensated.

Hello to this great community, I'm glad I finally found a community around real estate.Well to introduce you, my name is Stelios 32 yo from Heraklion, Greece(Crete Island), married with 1 kid.As for Real Estate, right now I'm working on buying 2 studio apartments in my area(Heraklion).According to my newbie research in the area, the market in my town must be right now in phase 1 but I'm not 100% sure, to be honest.Bureaucracy alone is one hell of work in my country and I already work 3 months on fixing papers, waiting for tax systems to unlock so we can get some tax papers needed and much more things...Well to consider numbers, the 2 apartments are in the center of my town and they are both sold at the deep discount of 23600€ right now if you ask me this is a very rare price.

Go over terms on the sale you both want to see on a scratch piece of paper .. then give that to your lawyer ..Your lawyer should draft up an agreement and send it to his sellers lawyer . they hash out the fine details and come up with a sellers agreement everyone can live with .everyone signs that at closing  Atleast that’s how mine have went
