I'm putting in a couple offers tomorrow and just wanted to hear some of the stories I was being told by actual investors. it is crazy when you drive through that area; you have one or two really nice homes right next to one that is boarded up falling apart and the one accross the street could double as a house in a horror movie.

Essentially the recreation lease means that when you purchase a condo in the development you are leasing out the recreational facilities (pool, tennis court, golf course, movie theater, etc.) rather than owning a percentage of said facilities.
