The fact these two cities--not super popular on BP--come up twice like this is neat.

It is a pretty popular restaurant so I am sure sales would do well.

I would even write it very explicitly :People are tired of very-progressive left wing government policy that removing property rights , creating criminals, protecting criminals , destroying generation and coddling criminals ( in the name of human right or DEI or whatever).Agree @Bruce Woodruff?

I see that some people have north linden over south linden for the areas with paths of progress.

What I'd do is Airbnb it the popular months from late spring to early fall and then plan to get a medium-term renter in there for the remaining four months. 

Some will pay to stay waterfront but there are just as many I’m betting that would opt for slightly less expensive digs in a very popular tourist destination.
