On the other, individuals have a right to free speech even if it is offensive, and there is nothing under the law or our lease which limits this.I'm curious how others would respond to this message, if at all.

For a rent controlled unit you will need multiple documented offenses as the rent control regulation indicates tenant must be given opportunity to address any lease violations. 

Thank you Theresa,I think I get the jist of the reply in that problem tenants need to be dealt with appropriately which may be one warning and then greater action on a repeat offense. 

Not only is this mortgage occupancy fraud, it is a federal offense and you can go to prison as well as pay hefty fines for that.

The PM failed to get their social, and I would argue they failed by allowing the individual to stay for six months without paying, but I don't know that those constitute an offense so egregious that you should be compensated.

This may look like its a slow process, but from my perspective, this is boht an offensive and defensive move.

No offense, but in asking this question, I am going to assume you haven't been buy and hold investors for terribly long, because once you see the passive income start to scale on top of the crazy tax benefits, you can't unsee it.
