@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.I think if you open another account and keep the funds separate you should be ok, but I'm no lawyer

They have no 2-factor authentication and don't email you to confirm that you want to update your login, both of which I'd consider industry standard these days.

With an invoice showing "no charge" for fixing the cupboard, this hopefully can't happen again if a contractor changes did mind or has some type of mental lapse.

the other one I just had a small 1031 did a tic with one of my long time partners who owned 100 units almost next door ( I brokered him those) so he could have his existing PM take over and we set it up on a 6 year payoff NO cash flow neither of us need cash flow we just want free and clear..
