You can have them make out the check to whom ever you ask them to.It can be you, your company or Mickey Mouse (as long as he is named on the account you want to deposit the checks into).Now you want to make sure you don't have any issues with title, insurance, commingling of funds for liability or tax reasons but that is behind the scenes.
