Approximately 8 years ago I was introduced to the world of multi family real estate.

So I'm okay not making the big bucks STR style, but I also don't want to do it at a monthly loss.

After years of saving, I finally have enough for a nice downpayment on a multi-unit or SFH.

The bill used to be averaging 500 bucks every 3 months.

I'm particularly passionate about multi-family.Outside of real estate, I enjoy singing (I do it professionally), and playing basketball (I do it for fun, lol).Excited to learn and connect with you all!

Pricing and multi channel approach is very important nowadays

@Natalie Johnstone My former employer who was a privately traded company that owned over a billion dollars of real estate and had an ancillary management business with revenues that exceeded $100M annually would sometimes form entities in Delaware because business cases are tried in front of a judge w/o a Jury and case law that's applied to decisions is very well developed in the State.

I also help manage several small portfolios for family members with properties in Austin TX and Juneau AK and will be purchasing about $2.5m in additional small multi-family properties in Austin TX and/or Juneau AK by the end of the yard.
