I think you have a misunderstanding of the two licenses.

So 50% of 400k = 200k.The present value of 200k 30 years in the future (with 5% inflation) is 46k in purchasing power.PV = (1/(1.05^30))*200,000= ~46k.The time value of money eats away > 75% of your debt obligation is eroded.The money you have to pay back can only buy 46k of goods.Unless I'm completely misunderstanding things :)

(Of course I am not my trustee and myself as beneficiary was not public record) i had hired an Atty to be the trustee, but through some misunderstanding within her office she was never informed and the trust was never ratified.  

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding, but sounds like you're being raked over the coals.
