The PM did not abide by minimum expectations of the contract and was  fired for cause (with a court ruling that already indicates PM was in the wrong).

Maybe BP should create a graphic, like different color rings around profile picture (only 1 ring broken into quads) to indicate what type of investor you are - high/low $/door, STR/LTR, buy-hold/flip, Cbus vs rest of country, deal volume, etc.
Kay March Credit union account shows deposit of rent check was reversed. How can this happen?

My credit union account shows the following entry:: "Withdrawal RT # NOT DEFINED [TENANT'S NAME HERE] 6060, -$1950.00." indicating that the deposit of the tenant's rent check #6060 in the amount of $1950.00 was reversed, resulting in a debit to my account of that amount.

These more favorable regulations include a 5% transient occupancy tax, no limit on number of days rented, occupant limits based on home size (typically 2 occupants per bedroom plus 4 occupants), minimal permit & licensing fees, and no minimum required stay by the owner.

I cannot overstate the importance of finding a way to build a good rapport with your tenants as early on in the acquisition process as possible, as it will minimize or prevent countless headaches further down the road.When I took over my duplex with an inherited resident in one of the units, I had this conversation with the tenant prior to closing and found out that the toilet in their bathroom was clogging once or twice a week, and their shower head water pressure was super weak.

We don't turn ours off but we discuss temperatures with guests beforehand and if they indicate they need something different (ie a lower heat temperature) we adjust that for them accordingly.Original poster: you need the app to adjust and set the limits.
