Does anyone have a map breaking down the Phoenix market area ?

There are many factors, as with any real estate market:(1) Location. 

From my experience, this is a very seasonal market.

I hope you are doing well and sounds like you are an experience investor in this market - would love to maybe grab coffee sometime and hear about the experiences you have gain over that last 15 years!

I'm new to the market but not new to investing and looking for wholesalers and other investors to work with.

I would just be careful hopping back in now as interest rates and low inventory are making it very difficult if you aren't finding your own off-market options to buy.

@Andrew Lastivka Are you still interested in the phx str market?

I'd likely just agree to break the lease with a couple months of rent as a penalty rather than force these people to continue being tenants in my property....you never know what will happen to the condition of the property.
