While this is a good question, the answer is absolutely location specific.  

I called the 1 800 number and was told they place victims in housing and find re-location housing for  company new hires.

Its location near the planned casino positions it for continued appreciation and strong demand, making it a solid long-term investment in my portfolio.

Even at $450K it's a skinny deal but I'm more interested in it for its location that its cashflow potential.
