Whereas each apartment would need its own kitchen, living room, etc, hotels typically don't build out a living room or kitchen for each room (with the exception of some extended stay hotels). 

I would look for rough cosmetic fixer with interior walls you can remove to open up the kitchen/living room space (breaking is easier than building).

Because the home lacks flooring and a finished kitchen it does not qualify for a conventional loan.

So I think there is a good opportunity of you are willing to deal with some cosmetic upgrades like painting and flooring and later tackle kitchen upgrades.

The property looks like it was used by the previous owner as a three family, at some point; it has two means of egress (stair well & fire escape ladder) and the electric is appropriately sub metered along with kitchen, bathroom, space heater, etc.

I'm selling a triplex for a client of mine, and the buyer will buy it,if the tenant who is month to month leaves or is evicted, what is the ruling on this in Ontario, just thought that i'd ask too see the response that i'd get here from Kitchener, Ont, Canada

The two 1-Bdrms and two studios will need new kitchens and bathrooms.We are currently (as of 9/16) in the middle of renovation, but I will take it back to the beginning and highlight key areas and lessons learned.
